I’m a certified Executive Coach, NLP Coach, Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness Advisor (200hr RYT), and Meditation & Breathwork Instructor. Over the past 25 years, I’ve studied how the nervous system shapes how we lead, decide, and connect — and I’ve distilled that learning into the InnerSpace Method™, a practical, science-backed approach that teaches teams and leaders how to regulate stress, build resilience, and operate at full capacity.
